Some finer details:
All our service packages feature a full assessment before any work is done to catch any additional labour or parts that are needed. A member of our service team will reach out on the day of your appointment with details once the assessment is complete. If the amount of work that the bike needs will take longer than the appointment, our team will provide an updated timeline.
All bikes for service appointments must be dropped off either on the day before the appointment, or at the latest before 10:30 am on the morning of service. Bikes that show up after this cut-off may be rescheduled for a later date, subject to the service queue.
Additionally, all service appointments require a $15 non-refundable deposit at time of drop off, which is applicable to your service bill. Please confirm in the intake form when booking that you understand that if you decline service after your bike is assessed, this fee will be forfeit.
Any no shows will result require a $50 deposit before any future appointments are made.
